Customized Online Training is designed to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals. We offer resistance training plans for at home or gym access, with or without equipment. Also you can set up yoga, pilates, cardio, and other fitness style workouts that you enjoy doing. For only $25 per month you have the accountability of your trainer Christyn Johnson viewing your workouts and keeping you motivated!

OPTION 2: 

Customized Online Training and Meal Planning. Nutrition plays a big role in seeing the amazing results of your hard work in any fitness and wellness program. We offer a variety of options to choose from and they are customized to your weight and goals to see and feel the results you are looking for. The list of programs to choose from are: Balanced, Carb Focused, Gluten & Lactose Free, Gluten Free, Holistic Nutrition, Low Glycemic, Protein Focused, Teen Friendly, Vegan, and Vegetarian.
