My name is Christyn Johnson.  I am currently the Owner and Operator of a successful Personal Training and Yoga business called Well Help Fitness. I also have a gym in Addiso, TX called The Grungy Garage Studio. I have been involved in the fitness industry for most of my life. I have been training for 10 years now and love working with my clients and making a difference in people’s lives. I am very passionate about the fitness industry and people’s personal wellness. I thrive off of my clients seeing results and feeling better about themselves. I am never satisfied with my bank of knowledge and thus I currently have 10 different nationally recognized certifications ranging from Personal Training, Holistic Fitness Practitioner, Life Coach, Food Psychology Coach, Stress Management Specialist, TRX Instructor, Specer Mat & Ball Pilates, Sports Yoga Insturctor, Buti Yoga Instructor, and Pound Instructor. 

 I have worked with all different types of clients ranging from children to the elderly, athletes to non-athletes, and obese to anorexic, all of whom had different goals and desires. Through my various training certifications, I have developed a knowledge that has enabled me to develop and design different training routines according to the clients’ specific goals, there physical assessments and restrictions, and their capabilities. I am constantly striving to gain new knowledge pertaining to the fitness industry and also pertaining to the betterment of my clients and their workouts. I am able to interact with any client and I am very passionate about a person’s well-being and health and strive to make a difference in their lives. I also have developed a broad range of training techniques and am able to not only train and coach clients, but also advise them on nutrition, goal setting, and I am able to be a positive motivator at all times.
