Online training has worked great for me! I told Christyn my goals, likes & dislikes, and how much time I have. She sends me great workouts that I can access from her easy to use app which keeps track of everything! The best part is I don't have to put any time into figuring out what I need to do on what days. I love the flexibility of online training, there are no time or location constraints. I can workout any time, any where, by myself or with a friend. It is also affordable. In-person personal trainers can charge more per one hour session than they do for an entire 4 week training course.
